Well! It looks like Young Thug is Home and it’s Back to Business per usual. Although many are happy to see Slime home, we can all wonder with the conditions placed around his release, Will this be the Last Time we have to experience Thugga behind bars? As many have come to see, this case alone is bigger than just Young Thug. There are many of our young men of all nationalities that are struggling with joining the life of becoming a gang member or drug dealer. Since the beginning of times we have had to struggle with losing our young men to the system. Young Thug is no different. He Almost Lost his life to the system becoming just another statistic.

Thankfully, he smartened up and chose to go ahead and cop the plea deal pleading guilty for his gun charges.

Initially they were going for 40+ years for the Young rapper, but after drawn out court process, Fulton County Superior Court Judge Paige Reese Whitaker gave him a total sentence of 40 years. His first five was commuted to time served. Now, he has 15 years on probation & a “backloaded” 20 years in prison will be commuted to time served if he complies with all of the conditions of his probation. If he doesn’t complete his probation successfully, he will have to serve those 20 years in prison.

He must stay away from the metro Atlanta area — as defined by the census — for the first 10 years of his probation, except for weddings, funerals, graduations or a serious illness of an immediate family member. He can arrive 24 hours before the event and must leave within 48 hours after.

It will be very important to have the Right people around him in order to make sure nothing happens like this again. We wish much success and prosperity on this new journey he will be taking in life. Thank you for Reading! Share and Subscribe today! It’s Free
