Be the \u201cheart of Signify Health\u201d when it comes to&nbsp;member interactions and satisfaction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Responsibilities include the following:\u200b<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Outbound Calls<\/strong>:&nbsp;You will make outbound calls to health plan members&nbsp;to schedule In-Home Health Evaluations.\u200b<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Scheduling<\/strong>:&nbsp;You will arrange and coordinate the scheduling of the&nbsp;evaluations.\u200b<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Member Communication<\/strong>:&nbsp;You will answer member questions and&nbsp;provide support.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Capabilities of Top Performing Service Partners:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Outstanding problem-solving skills&nbsp;\u200b<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Displays patience, empathy, an ability to manage stress, and the&nbsp;ability to work under pressure\u200b<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Skilled and efficient in writing and verbal communication\u200b<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provides knowledgeable, friendly, and eloquent customer service<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Additional Details:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Outbound calls will be made using a cloud-based calling software&nbsp;system.
