CREDIT REPAIR<\/a><br>JOB ID: AGRS0915<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Roadside Assistance Agent<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/form.jotform.com\/230690910436050\">Apply Today<\/a><br>Register\/ Enroll\/ Training<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>What to Expect<br>On a day-to-day basis, agents can expect to participate in the following activities using a new and exciting Next Generation Platform (NGP):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>24\/7 service of inbound calls for roadside assistance and other service requests<br>from client\u2019s customers and\/or client account representatives for assistance with<br>items such as:<br>\u2013 a vehicle that won\u2019t start<br>\u2013 flat tire(s)<br>\u2013 keys locked inside a car<br>\u2013 vehicle out of gas<br>\u2013 vehicle in an accident<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Place outbound calls to the list of client\u2019s service providers to secure appropriate<br>towing assistance to resolve the customer\u2019s needs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possible outbound calls to client, client\u2019s customers, and\/or client account<br>representatives for status and clarification purposes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Transfer inbound calls or outbound calls to other client-designated internal support<br>departments or client account representatives<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Outbound coordination with client\u2019s service providers &amp; possible follow-up calls for<br>clarification and\/or additional calls for secondary services<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Probe to identify the needs of the customer based on the vehicle\u2019s inoperable<br>situation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify the customer\u2019s location using Google Maps and other client tools<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide policy coverage details based on the specific client program<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Secure a Service Provider to assist the customer, based on the parameters of the<br>policy\u2019s program<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide status updates to customers calling after the initial request for assistance<br>was processed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Revenue and Schedule<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Certification Service Revenue<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>$7.00 per hour | $3.50 per interval<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Production Service Revenue<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>$10.00 per hour | $5.00 per interval<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>BACKGROUND CHECK &amp;
