Earn an additional $1.00 per hour when you service a minimum of 12 hours per week during the Certification SOW – after the completion of Phase II.<\/h5>\n\n\n\nIncentive!
Service a minimum of 13 hours per week, during the Certification SOW – after the completion of Phase II – to earn an additional $50.00 when you are offered (and you accept) the first Production SOW!<\/h5>\n\n\n\n*Before deduction of Platform Usage Fee<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

Certification Service Revenue*<\/strong> generated for class attendance will be paid in the same cycle in which it is earned. For example, Certification Service Revenue generated from October 1st through the 15th will be paid in the second service revenue payment in October.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Platform Usage Fee* is charged for the infrastructure that Arise provides, including the Arise 24-Hour Client Technical Support Help Desk, Starmatic\u00ae scheduling system, and our invoicing services. The Platform Usage Fee of 5%<\/strong> is charged to a agent’s invoice total (per invoice cycle), excluding any referral and incentive revenue.
