What to Expect:
On a daily basis, the Universal Fraud Program Agent will perform services related to customer policies and procedures. They will:
- Respond to customer inquiries in the areas of fraud prevention, detection, and resolution. This may include emergency card replacement, emergency cash replacement, blocking lost or stolen cards, telephone-based activation, and the opportunity to offer value-added services to cardholders.
- Provide cross-referral services with fraud management, outbound notifications detailing card stoppages, and evaluating transactions and spending history to assess the likelihood of fraud.

Incentive!
Earn an additional $1.00 per hour when you service a minimum of 12 hours per week during the Certification SOW – after the completion of Phase II.

Service a minimum of 13 hours per week, during the Certification SOW – after the completion of Phase II – to earn an additional $50.00 when you are offered (and you accept) the first Production SOW!

Additional Details:
Certification Service Revenue* generated for class attendance will be paid in the same cycle in which it is earned. For example, Certification Service Revenue generated from October 1st through the 15th will be paid in the second service revenue payment in October.
Platform Usage Fee:
The Platform Usage Fee* is charged for the infrastructure that Arise provides, including the Arise 24-Hour Client Technical Support Help Desk, Starmatic® scheduling system, and our invoicing services. The Platform Usage Fee of 5% is charged to a agent’s invoice total (per invoice cycle), excluding any referral and incentive revenue.
