Paid Training classes are available for an Accident Assistance Agent to work from home taking inbound calls.
Service Revenue
Certification Service Revenue $7.64 per hour* (Training)
Production Service Revenue $12.00 per hour* (Live Call Taking)
Incentives
- Earn an additional $1.81 per hour when you service a minimum of 12 hours/24 intervals per week during the Certification SOW – after the completion of Phase II.
- Service a minimum of 13 hours per week, during the Certification SOW – after the completion of Phase II – to earn an additional $100.00 when your business is offered (and you accept) the first Production SOW for each of your agents servicing the program on behalf of your business!

Agent Usage Fee:
The agent Usage Fee* is charged for the infrastructure, including, TNG Business Assistance, 24-Hour Client Technical Support Help Desk, Starmatic® scheduling system, invoicing services.
The Agent Service Fee of 15% is charged to agents invoice total (per invoice cycle), excluding any referral and incentive revenue.
