Work Duties Include:
Helping individuals and businesses apply for, evaluate, and manage loans through our client.
Main Duties:
- Market to Potential Business Clients: Attend Networking Events, Send customized Emails & participate in Office to Office Communications
- Review Applications: Check if loan forms are complete and gather necessary financial documents from clients.
- Assess Creditworthiness: Look at an applicant’s income, debt, and credit history to decide if they can pay back the money.
- Guide Clients: Explain different loan terms, interest rates, and repayment plans to help customers choose the right option.
- Manage the Process: Act as a bridge between the borrower and the Bureau of Labor Statistics or internal underwriters to move the loan toward final approval and closing.
