What to Expect:
On a daily basis, for the TNG Agents will focus on engaging with health plan members through outbound calls, playing a key role in scheduling In-Home Health Evaluations, and answering member questions, ensuring high-quality service and care. Be the “heart of Signify Health” when it comes to member interactions and satisfaction.
Responsibilities include the following:
- Outbound Calls: You will make outbound calls to health plan members to schedule In-Home Health Evaluations.
- Scheduling: You will arrange and coordinate the scheduling of the evaluations.
- Member Communication: You will answer member questions and provide support.

Additional Details:
Outbound calls will be made using a cloud-based calling software system. You WILL NOT incur any long-distance charges.

Revenue and Schedule
Certification Service Revenue
$7.00 per hour | $3.50 per interval
Production Service Revenue
$11.00 per hour PT | $12.00 per hour PT
$5.50 PT | $6.00 FT per interval

Earn an additional $1.00 per hour/$0.50 per interval when you service a minimum of 12 hours/24 intervals per week during the Certification SOW – after the completion of Phase II.
