TNG has a New Online Customer Service Training Available for an American energy company based in the U.S. & provides electricity and natural gas to 4.4 million customers across four states. This client offers a year round program which means your SOW does not have to end before the year.
Class Times Offered: Monday – Friday | 6-hour class
9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. ET
4:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. ET

Day in the Life
Servicing Times Available: 24/7/365 (Overnights are limited)
Most Hours Available :
Monday – Friday
8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. ETS
Special Servicing Requirements: 4 hours (8 intervals) required on Mondays
What to Expect: On a day-to-day basis, agents can expect to participate in the following activities:
• Review, analyze, and respond to customer billing inquiries
• Resolve customer issues or questions
• Processing payment deferrals and installment plans
• Attempt to save customers who may be moving, unhappy with the plan, or current rate
• Quickly identify customer needs in the first few minutes of the call to offer the appropriate plan
• Accurately enroll the customer in the correct plan
• Strive to resolve the customer issues on the first call
• Demonstrate knowledge of client processes and policies
• Build trust and rapport with the WEC Energy customer through clear, respectful interaction
• Always strive to ensure that overall customer satisfaction remains high while resolving issues
• Understand ‘client call flow’ and regulations
• Ensure no Public Utilities Commission Complaints are filed

Revenue and Schedule
Revenue Details:
Certification Service Revenue: $7.25 per hour
Production Service Revenue: $11.00 part time / $12.00 full-time
*Before deduction of Platform Usage Fee. See below for details on the fee. The hourly rate shown assumes the servicing of two, 30-minute intervals.
Incentive! Service a minimum of 13 hours per week, during the Certification SOW – after the completion of Phase II – to earn an additional $100.00 when you are offered (and you accept) the first Production SOW!

Earn an additional $1.50 per hour when you service a minimum of 12 hours per week during the certification SOW – after the completion of Phase II.
Platform Usage Fee: The Platform Usage Fee is charged for the infrastructure that our partner provides, including 24-Hour Client Technical Support Help Desk, Starmatic® scheduling system, and our invoicing services. The Platform Usage Fee of 5% is charged to a business’s invoice total (per invoice cycle), excluding any referral and incentive revenue.
