o With transportation to and from appointments
o Ensure those waiting for a ride receive transportation
o In resolving issues with previous appointments
o With a transportation recovery where a scheduled trip has failed

o Navigate through multiple client systems by utilizing function keys to ensure accurate processing of ride transportation.
o Collaborating with various departments within client to effectively address and resolve transportation and eligibility issues.

What to Expect
- This is a best-fit opportunity for Agents who want to service Mondays – with 25% of all intervals offered this day.
- Familiarity and/or proficiency with the use of Function Keys is recommended. Certification in this skill will be provided.

Certification SOW | Servicing Requirements*
Must service a minimum of 10 hours (20 intervals) per week including 4 hours (8 intervals) on Mondays

25% of all hours/intervals are on Mondays

Certification Service Revenue
$7.30 – $8.00 per hr.
Earn incentives when agent services a minimum of 12 hours per week during the Certification SOW – after the completion of Phase II.
Production Service Revenue
$11.00 PT|$12 FT
